Join the Litens Sales & Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer & Content Specialist. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing various visual materials that effectively communicate our brand identity, marketing messages, and product offerings. You will be responsible for writing and editing content pieces. What will you do?

  • Design Creation: Develop innovative and visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print mediums, including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, infographics, brochures, posters, flyers, presentations and product packaging. 
  • Brand Identity: Ensure consistency in visual brand representation across all platforms, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and communications team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives. 
  • Market Trends: Stay up to date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design outputs. 
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality and original content, including internal communication pieces, news articles, press releases, infographics, and brochures. Experience in technical writing is an asset. 
  • Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that effectively communicates our brand’s message and values across different channels.  
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, and HR to gather information and insights for content creation. 
  • Image Editing: Edit and enhance photos and images, to improve overall quality, visual appeal, and alignment with design concepts. 
  • Videography: Shoot and edit commercial / corporate videos for brand marketing.  
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality work. 
  • Feedback and Revision: Accept feedback from stakeholders and incorporate necessary revisions to finalize designs. 
  • Design Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control. 

 

What will you bring?

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of Graphic Design experience, minimum 3 years of Content writing experience.    
  • Design Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro etc.) and other relevant design tools.  
  • Creativity: Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail, color, layout, and typography. 
  • Portfolio: A well-curated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, highlighting the candidate’s skills, creativity, and ability to execute complex design concepts effectively. Please send your portfolio with the application.  
  • Copywriting: Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to write technical articles. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements accurately. 
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. 
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptive to changing project needs and willing to explore new design techniques and approaches. 
  • Attention to Branding: Deep understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience. 
  • Web Designing: Experience in UI/UX design and web design is an asset. 
  • CAD Design and 3D Rendering: Experience in CAD design and 3D rendering is an asset. 

 

Selected candidates will receive a short assignment to submit as part of their interview process.
