On the 24th of October, Litens officially opened the new production facility in Romania, Litens Automotive Eastern Europe. The Romanian plant expands Litens global manufacturing footprint and is the second manufacturing location serving the European market. The plant is 7500 sq. meters and is located in Timisoara Airport Industrial Park, Giarmata, Timis county.
The Grand Opening Ceremony was attended by company senior management: Paul Robinson – Chief Executive Officer; Tyson Bytzek – Chief Operating Officer; Bruno Fragoso – Vice President, Sales & Marketing; Peter Frey – Global Director, Plant Operations; Bradley Long – Global Director, Supply Chain Management, and also Ralf Sauer – Litens Germany Managing Director, along with the new employees of the Romanian plant, local authorities, Universities representatives, leaders of companies in the region and numerous representatives of the media.
