Account Manager

This position is the primary interface and commercial leader for assigned customer(s). Act as lead strategist and negotiator for all commercial agreements. The Account Manager must maintain a strong company image and build positive working relationships with customer personnel. They should also be proficient at seeking new product or application business opportunities.

  • Responsible for leadership of Litens business stability and growth at designated customer(s)
  • Represent or support different areas of Litens Automotive to the customer including Quality, Production, Finance, Supply Chain as required
  • Maintain appropriate level of technical & commercial relationship with key customer personnel including up to date knowledge of customer policies
  • Lead discussion with customer commercial area in all business subjects & negotiations
  • Ensure technical support is available to customer when required
  • Provide volumes to support yearly global business plan
  • Review and update New Business Opportunities (NBO) tracking system
  • Maintain working knowledge of customer’s purchasing terms and conditions
  • Ensure on-time delivery of promised prototypes and/or data
  • Maintain understanding of competitive landscape and market trends
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships (ie. belt companies



  • Engineering Degree or Business diploma.
  • Must have OE automotive sales experience
  • Must have excellent oral and written business communications skills in English and the official language(s) of the designated customer(s)
  • Must have proven business negotiation skills
  • Must have working knowledge of designated customer internal organization and structure
